WE ARE HERE
Following two years of strife, the black presence on the campus of IU Bloomington begins to articulate its cultural experience to the larger community. Herman Hudson, through the Office of Afro-American Affairs begins publication of recruitment booklets detailing the black experience at IU. These rare and wonderful publications present a unique opportunity to understand the times, the black consciousness of the 1970s and the vision of Herman Hudson.
