preparing for move from 109 N. Jordan location, circa 1997

In 1997, the Black Culture Center relocated from its 109 N. Jordan Avenue location to Ashton Hall.  The old BCC was eventually razed and construction began on the new Neal-Marshall Black Culture Center.

Upon moving, the center took a new name:  The African American Cultural Center.
